nice hardwood! baybo just came in to look at the pics and suggested you not pull up the carpet before you paint - you can see he is going to have a LOT of helpful suggestions - hope you can get some work out of him too and not just management. He just added that you can pull up the carpet and put down plastic but that increases the chance of him slipping, hurting himself, and having to stay there through christmas...
